How to remove front seatbelt anchors. sunroof stuck won't open/close. 2001 forester S

[ST&S]

makes grinding sound when press button to open/close. Will not operate manually w/Allen wrench.

I removed all the necessary bits n pieces to drop the headliner EXCEPT front seat belt anchors.

Could not ascertain how to remove them. Will greatly appreciate any help with seat belt anchor removal.
