Repair manual on CD

Has anyone seen the "2003 Subaru Forester Shop Manual CD" sold on ebay by
"hayokawolf" first hand. I was wondering what the quality / authenticity was
like.

It's probably the files one can download from Subaru, which is $20 for 3 days of
connection, but it is illegal for him to be selling a copy on Ebay..
