Radio tunes to random station on startup?

I've found many posts about frustration with the radio automatically turning on, but this different. Often, but not always, on startup my radio tunes to a local country music station. I don't have this station on my presets, and (no offense if you're a country fan) I never choose this station. I can turn the car off listening to one station/connected to my device, and when I come back and start the car it magically (in the worst way) is back on the country station. This bug has survived at least one firmware update. If anyone knows how to get rid of the country-music-loving-gremlin in my radio, please help!

Another solution is to have the radio play Symphonic music as in this:

Identify:
The model year
The model trim level
The radio model
The modulation of said channel: https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/aso/tryit/radio/radiorelayer.html
Any and all other non OEM equipment installed.
