OBDII codes are posted all over the internet. Since 1996 they're universal across all makes and models.

Hey Wyatt. P1507 is idle control or a stuck/failed neutral safety (safety switch it only on stick shifts). Can either be carbon/dirt build up on throttle body or the sensor failed. I'm looking at a 91 with similar and put YouTube links below. Also include the video about actually "relearning" idle speeds. I do know on Dodge journeys you have to make TCM relearn but no clue about legacy.
Oh and to Dick, this is kind what being helpful and not being a jerk looks like.

Hello all hope your day is good well I tried to clean iac valve and did ohms test it tested as good but did the same as before so I decided to go pick up a different iac valve from junk yard and now it does not go into limp mode and p1507 code does not come up so that's good now what does come up is p0507 I am hoping it is because I reused old gasket I already ordered a new one and I will let you know what happens from there thank you for your help 😊

Thank you for your help I post a update of what I did with what you suggested and now code 1507 is gone and p0507 is coming up I'm hoping it is due to using old gasket waiting for new one to be delivered will update with results then
