Manual tyrans swap

I want to swap a 5 speed manual trans into an 06 N/A Baja w/ an automatic. I have trans d-shaft, pedals clutch kit, 4.44 rear diff,crossmember hydraulics What else do I need and do I need a new or reflashed ECU?

Contact I wire in California. They can help with wiring.You need proper rear diff.Let me know what you find out. I have not completed the swap and could use help
