I don’t believe so. The only way might be to either put the battery on a charger or jump start it.

Thank you for your response the parking break it's power by the battery since the alternator it's off if i understand you
you need a battery charger but imagine i'm in San Francisco hill and my car it's park down hill position i want to park my car sudden my battery lost power what do you think the car will go if the power it's off and i have no battery charger and
i will no time to reach the back trunk for the device the will run down hill do you realized what going on i have a guy on the forum telling the same story it happen to him the car went off because of battery failure ask the dealer they won't tell you anything then selling something I hate the dealers in the U.S they are corporate suckers and ripoff people I don't trust them they don't care but care about your wallet.

Thank you you the are only person who tried to respond at me question i saw on this forum a guy as an Outback 2022 and for some reason the battery went off the brakes went off and the car move ? so this is why I wonder if i'm going to be in same position to this guy there aren't any thing about this issue in the Subaru manual, and the forget about the Subaru dealer it's like talking to the wall if you are lucky you got the right person for the right answer. My car it's 4 years old now, and the battery after a test it's fine I'm amaze by the stupid response from some people on this forum. PS old car use hand brake this Automatic electronic's car doesn't not have a hand brake. by the way I use my Honda for 21 years no issues since electronic appear on Cars

Like on amazon review posting my item came in good condition or it arrived in time wow that explain all about the product you buy. or are you sick of these people with pictures of defect items return it you idiots. it make laugh every time what a bunch of retard people LOL anyway i love my outback so far so good no issues since 2020 June. keep in good condition change oil often, i will do the differential front, back, and the CVT fluid. my car got only 4k. fluids degrade with time anyway this is another topic.

Back to the car. Starting dead cars is what Subaru, AAA and your car insurance company sell insurance for.
I also think it is OK to express yourself politically after all the hippies helped Subaru survive the early years, however hoping that you car will run down a hill in San Francisco and hit the bad guys is pushing it. Just get AAA.
