Control module voltage.

Hi everybody.
I have Impreza 2021 premium. The last weekend I have a couple hours trip so I plugged BlueDriver scanner and was monitoring some life data during driving. So I noticed very strange fluctuation of voltage, I assume, from alternator, voltage was spiking from the normal 14.2 v to 33 v or 0.2 v (see attached pic.)
Any thoughts how to explain this behavior?
