I am 17 with no license yet, I turn 18 in September 11, 2020
I also bout the car yesterday Aug 14, 2020 And it came with Washington plates he also said the tags expire the next day Aug 15, 2020
I am planning to let the car sit for approximately 2 months well every now and then turning it on. The reason being is so I can get my license and be 18 without having to do drivers ed, and 6 hour behind the wheel
so originally a private seller was selling 2002wrx because of college, and he was saying he couldn't afford it to make it california legal, like passing smog since it has no cat and no one sensor the car also has a tune for better performance
Can someone tell me an estimated cost to make it california legal ?
