2011 Legacy, BRAKE flashing, traction control solid , no check engine

Hello I was hoping the community can assist! The lights on my dash do not appear until after driving for a short while (1+ miles) and turn off after restarting engine. Again will reappear after driving.

The BRAKE light flashes and traction control is solid. The check engine light never comes on!

I have attempted:

Turning the parking brake on/off while at standstill
Tightening the gas cap
Cleaning the mass airflow sensor
Checking the brake fluid levels

Maybe relevant information - I had the timing belt and water pump replaced roughly 3 months ago . About a month before these dash lights started appearing
