What I did to the car;
Valve cover gaskets, plugs, coolant flush, water pump, thermostat, coolant temp sensor, engine temp sensor, diff service, coolant crossover pipe o rings, plenum gaskets.
The coolant crossover pipe meant that all the left bank plugs got unplugged, including the big ecm. Put everything back together, went over it times. Oh, and cleaned the throttle body.
Battery was out of the car for 3days

That being said. Knew I had to do a re learn on throttle body, so started that process.
Went to start the car, long crank no start, retry, not as long crank start. High idle, very little throttle response. Oh joy, limp mode.
Cleared all doc codes and ecm codes, went fo o all the tricks of ecm reset. No joy

When I clear eom codes, hear a reset in engine bay, 30 seconds later,(without engine running), click in the dash, p0606 back. Limp mode. Ran live diagnostics and real time data on the car, everything seems to be in perameters. And yes, check tps and everything to do with throttle body.

The question, wtf. lol, what did I miss
Rechecked all plugs for bent pins, cracked anything and securely fastened (3 times) if there are any techs on this site, do I hve to take to Subaru (tow) to get ecm recalibrated due to no power for 3 days?
