MySubaru.com rejects my VIN number

I've made several tries to register my new 2026 on the MySubaru.com site.
Registration requires a VIN number from the vehicle. Their site rejects my valid VIN number, and yes, I bought my 2026 new from a dealer. I put in a request seven days ago with Subaru, and still no response (although received a ticket number). I put in my second request today.

Have you had issues with MySubaru.com rejecting your VIN number when trying to register?
How was it resolved?

MySubaru.com won't accept the VIN on my 2026 Forester which was imported to Costa Rica directly from Japan.

Maybe you're not holding your tongue right?

There were problems setting up a MySubaru account, their system would not accept my VIN number.
My dealer came through, bypassed the and I was able to set it up. It took several tickets from my dealer and two tickets from me. A Subaru HQ rep finally responded, after the issue was resolved.
