Loose Shifter Action

Hey guys, seems like there are a few people left in the Baja world. Just got mine last week and so far, I'm a big fan! It's a stick and the shifter slop is pretty egregious. Not like you can't drive it, but not nice. Anyone have tips on how to tackle this?
