Looking for transmission for days! I need one that's reasonably priced. I love my Subaru, but the transmission is not liking me
Looking for a CVT transmission for 2012 Subaru outback ? Matching numbers TR690 JHBBA

Have the transmission diagnosed with a reputable shop that has a scan tool to measure / record faults first.
If it needs to be repaired / replaced, use the correct components.
In other words, consult with an expert rebuilder, find a rebuilt / replacement unit or have it rebuilt by an expert.
Used units have their own problems that may not be evident until it is operational.
When it is completed / repaired, then have it serviced with OEM CVT transmission fluid every other year.
Maintain all service records. Request / keep those records for warranty.
