Kenwood GX-201 A/C Radio, A/C power on state at "ACC" and "Ignition On"? +Bonus

Hello all,

I'm currently troubleshooting the GX-201 as the climate control panel is playing dead.

Would anyone have a quick info on what position of the ignition key the climate control panel normally turns on?
