FB20 Donor engine oil leak question

Swapping a FB20 in a 2013 Impreza. Looking at the donor engine, it looks like I need to address the following leaks: valve cover gaskets, oil pan and probably more. Asking the smart people out there… your opinion, based on the pics, do I need to add a crank front oil seal, upper oil pan and reseal the entire timing cover? Anything else I’m missing?

Tore down the donor engine and am replacing the o-rings between the upper oil pan and the block, resealing the upper to block, resealing the lower to upper, new gaskets for valve covers and spark plug tubes and new o-rings and sealing of timing cover. Selecting the best parts off of both the seized and donor engines to put together one to install. Fingers crossed. My first Subaru rebuild
