Dangling plug

Removed the bumper cover on my daughter 2018 legacy. Saw a plug dangling near the washer container. Couldn't see anything it plugs into. Not sure if it was an option or if I M missing something

They don't make a custom wiring harness for each vehicle. I is common for vehicles to have some "dangling" connectors for options that are not on the vehicle.

It’s probably for the windshield fluid warmer or something. Wouldn’t worry about it if everything’s working.
