I am looking for any articles on upgrading my Baja. Engine, Suspension, Transmission.

It depends on what do you want from a car, do you want to make it more like an off-road style minitruck or street performance truck?

Regardless to the style of your Baja, you might want to make it faster. I would definitely start with some good performance air intake system and eventually add a performance exhaust system. It will add a couple of extra HP and change the sound.
