2025 Outback first oil change

I’ve always use full synthetic Pennzoil on all my vehicles, but being new to Subarus was wondering about engine warranty etc.

I'm a Mobil 1 guy myself, but I do not think that the car cares as long as you're within spec of the specs in the manual.

I'll go with the dealer recommendation. After parting with a Wrangler Jeep, I'm not apt to change oil myself in the future. Discovered, at the absurd price of modern oil, I really wasn't saving anything by doing it myself.
