Ascent- Towing long distance 2K+ miles

I'll be loading a Willy's jeep on a new trailer, the weight plus the cargo in the car is 4,500LBS. Anyone else have experience with towing such a load this far with their Ascent? Going from Montana to NC. Some grades are to be expected. Trying to stay as flat as possible on the route.
