2023 forester headlight

When I start my 23 forester with the lights on, they go cross eyed both ways and then to center. When I drive the headlamps do no steer with the car. Any insight would be appreciated.

There is a setting that disables headlight steering so you might want to look into that. It's hard to detect unless you're rounding a pretty sharp corner. At least it is for me.
