Would any of you folks care to share your praise/complaints about your car
with me and how much you paid for it out the door. I am particularly
interested in the automatic transmission as I have been lead to believe it
is a continuously variable transmission.

You can either answer on the newsgroup or at me personal email box, just
remove the capital letters.

Thanks in advance

Don't own one, but I can tell you that it is NOT equipped with a CVT.
What you get is a manumatic that allows you to switch gears manually or
stay in automatic mode. I doubt you would find any car currently
equipped with a CVT with 250hp, due to the fragile nature of their design.

I stand corrected.... Although the Murano is technically only 245hp. :)

No problem. I considered buying one before I bought the Forester. The Murano
has a lot going for it. I really like Nissan V6s. If the Murano were real AWD
(instead of part time), I would have at least test driven one.

I would agree based upon style alone, since I have not test driven one
either. The B9X certainly follows similar lines, I just haven't fallen
for the new front end yet.
