2005 Baja turbo won’t start with new starter

i replaced the starter and remove the inner cooler to remove the old starter installed the new starter and got all the hoses connected back on the inner cooler tried to start it has a continuous clicking like when the battery is drained . I tried jumping it off and used a battery charger for 30 minutes then switched the charger to start and still got the same clicking

Starter trigger wire or ground may not be installed properly or tightened down enough. Check your connections and try again. If connections are solid, you may have a bad starter. It happens, take it back and get another.
