2004 Subaru Impreza WRX

hello all! So I have a 2004 Subaru WRX Impreza wagon with keyless entry. ONCE IN A BLUE MOON when I go to unlock the car I hear a beeping noise (like new cars make, not the horn sound as if when you lock it)... but I only hear the “beep beep” every now and then and I’m wondering why it only makes the computerized sounding beeping every so often? Can anyone enlighten me on this and how to fix it? I kind of like the noise as it lets me know it’s unlocked.
