The speedometer stuck? to-day at 45543 + - Miles, everything else seems to be ok. Suggestions anyone ??

If it doesnt't affect engine performance & fuel economy, and if you
have an extended warranty, don't worry about it until it's close to
warranty expiration. Even if you don't have an extended warranty, it's
still benefitting you by maintaining long term re-sale value of the
car. ;-)

If you plan on selling the car some day, for the sake of your
conscience, I'd get it fixed However, you're probably off the
warranty, anyway (it's 5yr/60000mi, right?).

I'm surprised you only have 45 grand on a '95! It's the Phase-I
(DOHC) 2.5, right? Have you had the head gaskets done?

Just curious.
