What is this?

I am driving a 2020 outback with 5000 miles on it. A symbol appeared (briefly) on the dashboard. I don't recall the exact wording, but something like " 2 hrs to ignition reset" , ( this is not exactly the message, but similar. ). The notice lasted only a few seconds, and the warning tone was the same as "icy conditions" warning sounds. Any Ideas?
