Ok, I’ve had an ‘03 Outback- great car- and now I have a ‘17. Mechanically they’ve both been great. I’m really starting to worry about the electronics in my ‘17. No problems to date with it but with 130k miles I’m worried about when they’ll start having problems ($$$$!). Thinking if selling it and getting an older model Outback or Forester with less electronics to worry about. Looking for feedback and also if you were going to get an older model which would be best? Appreciate any feedback thanks.

You're right to keep an eye on the electronics, but if you love the car, replacing them when they fail can be pretty cheap if you go used. I love the older "driver" Subarus...and these are the main reasons I own four of these and nothing newer.
