New member looking at new Crosstrek

Hello everyone. New to this forum. Have been driving a 2013 Crosstrek and it is time to buy a new one. My 2013 uses oil and the CVT is going out ($7400 to replace)..not sure if I should get 6 speed manual or go back for another CVT. Anyone have any thoughts on the choice?
