ISOFIX Anchor cover replacement

Hello. I want to replace a broken anchor point in the rear seat.

Where can I source for the part? I live in Kenya but i can have it shipped if its overseas. I saw one from Lithuania (https://rrr.lt/en/used-part/fbz17614-subaru-xv-ii-isofix-cover#gallery-1) but the seller only ships to EU countries.
