Help with possible battery problem

After an oil change my car stalled 3 different times, no warning lights on the dash and after that day no problems so far until one day I see the fuel mileage til empty number has changed to 100 blinked a few times and changed back the number it was. Any idea what may cause that?

The oil change could just be coincidental. Sounds like voltage issues.
