Hi, Needing to change the CVT fluid but want to change all the fluid not just 1/2, independent place they can do a flush that will replace all the fluid at one time. Are there any issues doing the flush? Thanks

How much do you know about said "independent place"? What is your experience with them? How confident are you with their competence?

1st time using them, great google customer reviews. Expensive pricing though.
The 'car care nut' , a toyota shop says drain and fill. He says you actually want some particles left in for traction. Check him out on YouTube

Particles left in for traction??? Run away as fast as you can from them.

Do not flush, it's a disaster waiitng to happen. Not a single manufacturer tells you o do this and quite the oppoiste
debris in any automatic transmission is normal, and by design it is either captured by the magetic drain plug, the super fine screen before the valve body, or by design accumulates in places where it doesn't do harm.
Now your going ot balst high pressure fluid through this whole systm, pushing particles into places like the valve body and possilby leading to a complete tranny rebuild down the road when the car starts having shifting issues or slipping.,
Drain and fill, clean off the drain plug, this removes about 2/3 or 3/4 of fluid. If your worried about the little bit left over, drain and fill more often. And i would NOT use some rando shop, it;s Subaru specific fluid made by Idamitsu Japan, not "Universal fluid" from Auto- Zone which is what you might get. In order to proerply fill, the tranny even needs pot be at a specific temperature. Either go to a suby specific shop or a decent dealer (and yes, some are ok even thoguh most are not).
This is a $300. service on average, just the fluid is $100+
