I have a noise coming from my left wheel well that's in timing with the turning of the tire. The faster I drive the "tighter" the sound". In other words the 'whooshing sound" starts slow but gets faster as I pick up speed. The weird thing is that I have taken it to 2 Subaru mechanics and they can't find the problem. The other strange thing is that's not constant, and I only notice it when I'm going in between say 5 and 30 Miles an hour.. It seems to start at a stop light or stops signs. I have a 2016 Forrester. Any thoughts?
