Moon roof snow load problems

My brand new Outback Wilderness did not hold up in last winter’s snow and Subaru refused to warranty the problem. The moon roof bent and did not hold up in the snow in the Sierras.

Probably 3 feet. No. At most 4 days sitting. Drove to PO when we were plowed.
