Looking to buy 2006 Outback 3.6R, thought I would talk to Forum Experts!

HI:

I'm Jay and I am looking to buy a 2006 Outback 3.6R and thought I should do some research before making the leap. So, I joined this forum.

I have wanted a Subaru for quite some time, and I will eventually buy one. Right now, I have found an Outback, so I am going to scan the FOrum for purchase advice and see if there is anything I need to know before I buy it. Any purchase advice on this 2006 Outback 3.6 R is welcome.

These are some pointers and specs of the 06 Outback: The ride is very smooth, stable and comfortable and has very good ground clearance.

Actually fun to drive. Controls are well positioned and easy to use- as is the trunk\hatch. Great MPG - 1st check was a little under 27mpg (mostly highway but awesome for all-wheel drive!). Great safety and reliability ratings to boot. Very happy I went with the Outback.
