The car was left for a service in the dealership. it's Ewing Subaru of Plano, TX. Later they called and said the car was hit by another vehicle during a test drive(two people in the car) Well. I might say it was my bad luck util now. then. I found later the lunch from fastfood restaurant was splashed all over the car and all of personal belonging were ruined

Later police report shows there were indeed 3 people inside of the car and my vehicle actually caused the accident near the shopping mall. It seems they used the vehicle for lunch and shopping and caused the accident. Per insurance company, the car has to be totalled.

I don't believe the car was in test drive. It was used for their personal use without my authoization and essentially they stole it. The have been lying about what really happened all along.

what can I do for this situation and what can I ask or what kind of compensation should I persue? Can I press charge against them for grand auto theft?
