Conventional or Synthetic? 2011 Legacy 2.5i Premium

I've read some different things online, mine does not have turbo. 120,000 miles should I use 5w-30 conventional, synthetic blend, of Full synthetic? 2011 Legacy Premium 2.5i 4 cylinder, no turbo.
