Wobbling sound at driver front tire

Hello,

Yesterday my Forester started making this wobbling sound (frequency seems to vary with speed) that goes away with a little bit of acceleration or with significant breaking (maybe at least 50% pressure on the brake pedal), but otherwise is always there. I've checked to be sure the tires not loose, but it seems fine. Any thoughts on where else to look? At first I was thinking maybe a brake pad issue, but that wouldn't make sense that the sound goes away with some acceleration.

Just kidding, it actually was some loose lugs, the tired just wasn't moving up on jacks. tightened and all fixed. I couldn't see how to delete my post though so as to not waste anyone's time, but if an admin could do that, that would be appreciated.
