Weird squeak when accelerating

My 2012 Impreza wagon has had a weird squeak on acceleration for a while now, even after replacing the serpentine belt, belt tensioner, and idler pulley. I also recently had the a/c compressor replaced which seemed to help for a while but now it’s back. Not sure what the next thing to check out is.

Hey- since I posted that I’ve cleaned the throttle body, egr valve, pcv valve, and the mass air flow sensor. Haven’t heard it since. Not saying cleaning those parts is definitely the solution, and it could be something else entirely, but it’s worth a shot to see if it goes away after cleaning those parts.
