Hello, first time posting here. 2018 Outback Ltd, has a "whole car" vibration or wobble from around 55 - 65 mph. Slower or faster it is not present. Only happens under load; if coasting it goes away. Tires balanced, alignment checked, happens on summer tires and winter tires. Does not come through steering wheel, but whole car has a noticeable vibration, hard to pinpoint source. Dealer replaced drive shaft $1100. Didn't solve problem, they now want to replace front axles one at a time $750 each. Got tired of spending money and have lived with it for the last year or so. Suggestions?

Driveshaft checked? The related bearing checked? Axles are expensive to install... Let them do it if you can not pay if it doesn't fix the problem.

Have you gotten a 2nd, 3rd opinion?

Actually, drive shaft was replaced by my mechanic, with a used part first, and problem persisted, so then I went to the dealership and had them install a brand-new driveshaft. I assume one or both of these shops checked bearings. I'm pretty sure dealer will still charge me, even if axles don't remedy the vibration; they'll probably then suggest yet another solution. IOTW, troubleshooting is at my expense. Maybe I can ask them about it, but its hard to get a straight answer from them.
