My 2014 XV Crosstrek has stopped playing audio from my iPhone when connected through USB. It will play audio via bluetooth but it is incredibly distorted. FM radio works totally fine, though. I have the older type of head-unit without a touch-screen or Starlink. I would like to try resetting the head-unit audio system, but I can't find any information online on how to do this. Does anyone know if there's a way to reset the old head-units or have any other suggestions?
