update did nothing to help

I had the software update a month or so ago, it did little to nothing to help. I still get constant error messages when I have done nothing wrong, such as. Changing lanes with the blinker on, I sometimes get a "keep your hands on the wheel" warning, when I am turning the car.... Eyes on road warning are not any better, constantly goes off when my eyes are on the road. My rear hatch is supposed to open when you put your hand over the emblem, does not work at all. The car has been in twice with these and many more issues, Subaru, when are you going to fix this car?
