turn signal noise

I have a 2016 Subaru Forester, I'm getting older and most of the time I can't hear my turn signals clicks. If I use the 4 way flashers I can hear them. Yup, I'm the guy you see driving with his turn signal on. Does anybody know how to turn up the noise? It's my understanding that there is no flasher like there used to be. Somehow it's done in the cars computer.

There is no way to turn up the sound as far as I know. The Subaru turn signals have always been a bit quieter than other cars.

A smart electronics technician can add into the circuit, a piezo speaker.
Added to the flasher circuit, a relay can control the piezo speaker with "volume control".
