iv'e got 170000 on my 09 and I've been using Amsoil for the whole time of course I use it in all my vehicles my f250 super duty and my 19 road glide

Nearly all current brand name oil is fine. Many people have very high mileage Subarus on Walmart oil. It is..fine.

I run Mobil 1.

What he said. I started out with Amsoil but later went over to Mobile 1 for availability. Good stuff. I only use dino juice for break in purposes then it's pure synthetic all the way.

Synthetic is too slick to let gears and such lap or wear in so use the regular oil for that. Then switch to synthetic to stop wearing.
