Our Subaru dealer is recommending that we have the transmission fluid changed ($225) and a differential service ($116). It's a 2017 Outback Touring 6 cylinder with 60,000 miles. Does that seem like reasonable service items to do at this time? Our 60,000 mile "tuneup" cost $900 without adding these items, so I decline the service for now.

Thanks!

Dealer scare me so ask SUBIE drivers you meet who they deal with . Ask for references
on the forum . Another factor is PEACE OF MIND / Change fluids when you feel comfortable.
EXAMPLE / I change oil every three month and before I store my car for the winter and when
I get it out for the summer . MOST PEOPLE CALL ME CRAZY BUT I FEEL BETTER .
