Tpms reset issues

2 weeks ago I got 4 new tires from discount tire. They had to cut my lugnuts off, didn't balance my tires,and gave me 2 different sized tires . I drove over 2k miles like this. Took it back got right sized tires and they state they reset my tpms. But now my dashboard is lit up and tpms is not responding. Anyone know what I can do beside reset toms or reset differently? Help!
