Hi there,
I've got an '05 Outback, and it has got over 100K mi on the clock. I know that certain suspension repairs took place some time ago, yet now I totally hate the way it drives. My friends even call it 'ghost drive' as the suspension is no longer firm and won't keep the track. So I wanted to ask you folks, whether I have to do the shocks replacement, or it's better to get the new lateral arms in as well?
Also, I've checked with the dealership on the prices assuming that I will need both shocks and lateral arms, and I feel that the repair will break the bank, as I will have to pay for the job also... So I was wondering, maybe you guys will recommend some good shocks that you tried installing on your Outbacks and which work fine?
