Sunroof malfuntion

Hi everyone; I have a 2010 Outback. The sunroof during the last years was always sticking. It wouldn't drop down so that it can slide into the roof and open up. I have cleaned off the edges of the window ands of the metal surround . It worked but every month r so it would begin the stick and I'd have to take my fist to pound it down so that it would open. But yesterday it wouldn't budge. I believe that there is only one fuse for that sunroof motor and that fuse is fine. Any suggestion? Thanks so much.
