Subaru Impreza hitch weight problem

Hi! i tried research and i can't find how much weight i can put on the hitch realisticaly.

i bought 2 electric bikes and a bike rack. All of these tree weigh 147 pounds. Subaru specs say it only holds up to two hundreds pounds on the tongue. So can my 1 1/4 hitch take all that weight with the forces going down?
