I think I'll side with Subaru on this one. About the only thing lower than a personal injury lawyer is a politician and they're often the same.

If this is the same law firm, this is all they do. They go after auto makers with these class action lawsuits that they coached people into. Plaintiffs get ??? lawyers paid big! One firm has gone after Subaru 3-4 times.

Not just for this case, but law suits in general, we need "loser pays all costs" tort reform. If you have a valid case, you win, but it would lessen the chances of the slip and fall ambulance chasers clogging up the courts.

It would also require that no mistakes could be made...which is impossible.
