Struts

I have an 06' Baja and I'm having trouble finding the struts.
I've been told that since the Baja and 01'-04' outback have the same suspention, that the front struts for the 01'-04' out back will fit the Baja.
Can anyone verify this?

The Baja has a few surprises.

Worth trying https://www.carparts.com/search?q=shock_absorber_and_strut_assembly (it is JC Whitney) and maybe get the Subaru p/ns and cross reference with a search.

I've had a bunch of the Legacy version (00-04) and it is crazy how different each year is despite them being nearly "identical" bodies.

You may be able to write to Rock Auto also. If so, give your VIN and see what they have to say.
