Hi Bob here.I bought a 2023 Outback limited xt April 24th 2023. Thirteen days later my steering locked up five times,I took it to my dealer and they said there was a service bulletin for a steering rack replacement. The part is on back order till who knows. The dealer gave me a loner till the new part comes in. What a bummer, at least I have a car to use.
